3. About Production Time: Customized products need 5-7 days production cycle. The transportation time is about 15-20 days, if you want to get your product faster, choose a faster logistics method.

4. About greeting cards: If you need a greeting card, please tell me the number of the card by private message or note. The card will be sent with the necklace to you.

5.Others: Orders cannot be cancelled after placing an order more than 12 hours. Because we have already started production. Thanks for your understanding.
